ABSTRACT
Objective: To explore the effect and value of transvaginal ultrasound in screening early ectopic pregnancy. Methods: A total 146 patients with pregnancy our hospital were selected. The patients' entry time was from May 2018 to December 2020. divided into two groups. control group screened by abdominal 73 cases, experimental vaginal cases. uterine adnexal mass, pelvic effusion, peritoneal effusion diagnostic accuracy detected. Results: positive number significantly higher than that ultrasound; In detection process ultrasound, 54 cases pregnancy, 19 non-ectopic rate 73.97%, 26 47 32.62%. Conclusion: is relatively high, examined higher, which more friendly patients, less traumatic high operability. It can provide accurate reports for relieve psychological pressure worthy application actual screening.
