Effectiveness of Low-Temperature Plasma Adenoidectomy Combined with Bilateral Tonsillectomy in the Treatment of Snoring in Children and Its Effect on Sleep Quality

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy (abbreviation: adenoid excision) coupled with tonsillectomy (bilateral) on snoring in children. Methods: Seventy-six cases children treated hospital between November 2020 and 2023 were selected. 38 Group A agreed to surgery admitted for surgical treatment cryo-plasma excision combined (bilaterally), B did not agree outpatient conservative surgery, results compared. Results: Before treatment, there was no difference ventilation function indexes, sleep quality scores, life scores two groups compared each other (P > 0.05).
