Construction of Rail Transit Signal and Control Virtual Teaching and Research Center

In view of the contradiction between the large demand for rail transit signal and control talents and the lack of professional teachers as well as the urgent need to improve the training quality of professional talents, the construction of rail transit signal and control virtual teaching and research center is carried out through interschool and school-enterprise joint ventures, so as to meet the needs of professional talent training. Taking the rail transit signal and control specialty of Lanzhou Jiaotong University as an example, this paper discusses the construction connotation, content, and characteristics of virtual teaching and research center to provide reference for the construction of professional virtual teaching and research center.
