ABSTRACT
Objective. To study the peculiarities of pulmonary arterial hypertension in patients with chronic tuberculous pleural effusion and to evaluate possibilities an indirect method its diagnosis as a screening measure. Materials Methods. Catheterization right heart is considered "gold standard" for determining artery pressure. The known etiopathogenic agents due cause development heart, presence which patient will have undesirable outcome next 3 years. Every year, new are identified. In our opinion, pleurisy affects this complication, led us problem. Results. Indicators depended on stage chronicity pleurisy: II, they were higher. After pleurectomy 8th - 10th day, pressure decreased by 10 24 mm Hg. Conclusions. lung reduces venous pool transmitted artery, accompanied release number substances, including serotonin, broncho- vasospastic reactions. decreases most patients, confirms effect hypertension.
