ABSTRACT
This study explored the implementation of spiritually oriented supervision in religious-based primary schools Ende City. It aimed to uncover meaning and impact patterns that integrate spiritual values into teaching practices. Employing a phenomenological approach with multi-case design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, document analysis. The findings revealed fosters meaningful dialogic educational environment by emphasizing tolerance, empathy, collaboration. According obtained results, principals act as motivators, using their intelligence inspire teachers enhance performance.
