ABSTRACT
Background: Evaluations of public health and education are interventions aimed at improving wellbeing needed to ensure investment in projects with the highest likelihood patient or benefit. normally focus on as they delivered, recommendations arising from participants’ feedback, outcomes comparison other programmes. Nevertheless, some tools, such needs assessments audits, do use ‘expected versus actual’ (EVA) comparisons. Methodology: This research sought evaluate teaching methods used a parenting programme. To this, activities associated different educational theories were collated into checklist training was analysed using this list, identify gaps practice. Thus, what might be expected seen delivery compared actual delivery. Result: is an innovative approach evaluation that can tested settings. Here showed only minor pedagogical used, due programme has run for over decade. providers planned make changes result exercise.
