ABSTRACT
Background & Aims: Endometrial cancer is the most common of female reproductive organs.Although widespread advances in treatment has led to an increase patients' longevity, diagnosis and subsequently invasive procedures such as surgery, radiation therapy chemotherapy often result unpleasant complications their life.The aim this study determine effect a supportive educational program on stress women with endometrial cancer. Material Methods:In interventional which been done 2014, 140 were randomly selected from Imam Khomeini Hospital Complex Tehran.The intervention was conducted 3 sessions group.The control group received routine care.Data collected by demographic form Hari's Inventory.The SPSS software version 16 t test, Chi-square repeated measure analysis variance used analyze data.The level significance considered 0.05. Results:The mean score after intervention, one month two months later significantly less than before intervention(P<0.001). Conclusion:The demonstrated that effective reducing cancer.It suggested content be provided patients writing, pamphlets, bulletins, or via Internet.
