ABSTRACT
To determine the prevalence of depression, subjective work-related stress and associated factors among men who have sex with transgender people working in community-based organisations Pakistan.Cross-sectional descriptive study. Place Duration Study: Community-based Lahore, October 2022.Community-based were contacted link study tool Urdu language was shared. The consisted sociodemographic questions, substance abuse history, Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ) 9, General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), Subjective job scale (SJSS). composite score for each calculated compared.A total 91 participated Of them, 52.1% below 30 years age. mean PHQ-9 7.62 (range 0-27), GSE 32.38 12-40), SJSS 10.48 (4-14). While 41.7% participants not depressed, 31.77% had depression at least moderate severity. About 56.52% an more than ten showing a high level stress.There is frequency MSM TG community health workers. High degree self-efficacy may protect against depression. There need developing comprehensive referral systems psychiatric units these workers.Community workers, Homosexual men, Transgender, Depression.
