ABSTRACT
Introduction. Late diagnosis of inflammatory pathologies leads to increased risks chronicization the process, generalization, development complications, and reduced effectiveness therapy. Routine methods clinical laboratory diagnostics often have diagnostic value at stage already developed disease with pronounced manifestations. Determination blood serum trace elements may prognostic in diseases. The most extensively studied context inflammation immune defense are copper zinc. aim study. study was investigate significance determining zinc concentrations inflammation. Material methods. Concentrations CRP, ferritin, ceruloplasmin, leukocytes, neutrophils, fibrinogen, copper, were determined 1153 examined people aged 18 86 years. Serum by ICP-MS method, rest parameters measured standard ROC analysis used evaluate measurements. Positive predictive negative also calculated for tests. Results. It shown that concentration both men women can be as a predictor abnormalities fibrinogen. By concentration, it is possible predict leukocytes women; decreased men; neutrophil levels women. test found relation detection ferritin deficiency ceruloplasmin Conclusion. results obtained suggest use tests purposes.
