ABSTRACT
Introduction. The development and introduction of new drugs with immunomodulatory effects is one the priorities modern medicine. Numerous studies have proven immunotropic activity individual substances isolated from medicinal plants (flavonoids, phenylpropanoids, polysaccharides, ecdysteroids, terpenoids, etc.). In this study, it interest to determine effect Rhaponticum uniflorum (L.) DC. purpose study. Determine properties 20-hydroxyecdysone, 5-О-caffeoylquinic acid arabino-3,6-galactan, aerial part DC, in relation cellular humoral components immune response during exper-imental immunosuppression caused by cyclophosphamide. Material methods. experiments were performed on 100 male mice F1 line (CBAxC57Bl/6) weighing 18-20 g. Immunodeficiency was simulated traperitoneal administration cyclophosphamide at a dose 250 mg/kg once. experimental group animals received intragastricallyin following doses: - 10 mg/kg, arabino-3,6-galactan 20-hydroxyecdysone 3 once day for 14 days. intact purified water according analogous scheme. state chain im-mune estimated quantity antibody-forming cells (AFC) determined use Cunningham's plaque assay (1965). delayed hypersensitivity reaction. Study results. It has been established that immunosuppres-sion Conclusions. obtained results argues feasibility further research substances, uni-florum view creating effective immunomodulators plant origin.
