ABSTRACT
One of the efforts to prevent overreaching condition is by doing a recovery phase after exercise. The quality and quantity influence effectiveness recovery. can be observed heart rate body temperature This study aims compare active passive moderate-intensity continuous training on temperature. research method used quasi-experimental uses two-group pre post-test design. Based Pocock formula, subjects were 40 women aged 24 years 35 years. data collected include analysis techniques normality test, treatment effect test (paired sample t-test), difference (independent samples t-test). results showed that was better than optimizing post-exercise (p<0.05). Active in It concluded optimize overreaching.
