ABSTRACT
Currently, morbidity and mortality from chronic diffuse diseases of the liver cirrhosis continue to increase worldwide. The difficulty stabilizing process with pharmacological agents, lots restrictions for transplantation, palliative character surgical correction complications determine urgency finding various ways stimulate regeneration, including ones. Most known methods stimulation regeneration are quite traumatic, their stimulating effect is short-lived. associated cellular technologies mostly expensive, ineffective, or poorly understood. In experimental study, on parenchyma a healthy cirrhotic clips clamping parenchymal organs exerting different unit pressure tissue was studied. object study laboratory rats animals simulated cirrhosis. were operated imposition titanium nickelide liver. Changes in studied 3, 7, 14, 28 days after surgery by histological examination parts It established that clip lower specific did not cause necrosis, led atrophy marginal part liver, also increased hepatocytes binuclear observed bulk A decrease proportion connective groups Thus, we consider it possible use certain as method reparative properties
