ABSTRACT
Cyanobacteria have been the focus of extensive researches because their high potential for development new generations useful natural compounds with vast applications. For entire last ten years, a lot attention has dedicated to cyanobacterial lipids as main source valuable materials clean energy production. As there is direct relationship between biofuel properties and compositional characteristics fatty acids, selected lipid-producing strain was examined analyzed in terms acid composition. The biodiesel quality parameters were carefully well.A isolated from waterfalls northern part Iran identified Synechocystis sp. MH01. acids profile strain, tested various culture conditions, by gas chromatography (GC) compared control subjects further validating parameters. The autotrophic cultivation Synechocystissp. MH01 resulted biomass lipid productivity 109 mg.L-1 day-1 22.89 day-1, respectively. mixotrophic sucrose-containing medium led an approximately 1.8 1.22 fold increase condition. addition glycine BG11 caused up ~1.3 ~1.18 subjects. analysis qualitative biodiesel, derived lipids, indicated that ability production under optimal conditions. It seems feasible evolve particularly more promising primary raw material through fine-tuning
