ABSTRACT
Due to the high level exposure of biomedical image analysis, Medical mining has become one well-established research area(s) machine learning. AI (Artificial Intelligence) techniques have been vastly used solve complex classification problems thyroid cancer. Since persistence copycat chromatin properties and unavailability nuclei measurement techniques, it is really problem for doctors determine initial phases enlargement assess early changes distribution. For example involvement multiple transparent overlapping may cause confusion infer growth pattern variations. Un-decidable eccentric leading causes misdiagnosis in Anaplast cancers. In-order mitigate all above stated this paper proposes a novel methodology so called “Decision Support System Thyroid Cancer” medical data preparation algorithm AD (Analpast_Cancers) which helps select appropriate features cancers such as (1) nuclei, (2) irregularity existence hyper chromatin. Proposed comprises over four major layers, first layer deals with noise reduction, detection edges object clusters. Second selects interest enlargement, Third constructs decision model extract hidden patterns disease associated variables final evaluates performance evaluation by using matrix, precision recall measures. The overall accuracy measured about 97.2% 10-k fold cross validation.
