ABSTRACT
Kanyashree Prakalpa initiative in advancing women's education West Bengal, India. This study investigates the enrolment among female students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels before after implementation of Bengal makes a comparison between Prakalpa. The methodological techniques used this are qualitative documentary. Documentary analysis addresses goals by reviewing available reports from Department Higher Education, Government India's All-India Survey on Education. Results showed that Prakalpa, percentage fluctuated around 43.94% to 53.85% level increased, reaching as high 59.04% 2019-2020. At post-graduate implementation, 53.85%. After 2019-2020 level. In conclusion, research highlights Prakalpas promising model for development empowerment.
