ABSTRACT
Lymphovascular tumoral invasion is a typical histopathological feature of gastric carcinomas and supports the recognition high-risk patients for recurrence. We aimed to study CD31 expression in diverse subtypes show its association with histopathologic findings carcinoma assess prognosis. This cross-sectional was conducted on 40 established adenocarcinoma from radical gastrectomy. The were classified according pathology assessments. Tumoral tissues assessed by immunohistochemical staining expression. Malignant behavior estimated evaluations.CD31 positivity described 23 (57.5%) all evaluated patients. In assessment tumor features presented, no significant between patients' age, sex, site, size, grade stage, carcinoma, perineural invasion, also lymphovascular found. (P>0.05).Lymphovascular may make valuable additional evidence be useful detect at high risk recurrence, who could candidates more supplementary therapies. However, our study, did not any aggressive this tumor.
