ABSTRACT
The 2024 community service program, funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, was carried out in Women Farmers Group (WFG) Cempaka Batan Indah, South Tangerang, which manages a Sustainable Food House Area. WFG produces various healthy vegetables fresh fish, with its main products being Butterfly Pea Flowers, Sacha Ichi, Cumin. However, faces supply chain challenges, including suboptimal production due to inefficient task division low member awareness. Additionally, product distribution packaging remain inadequate, leading delivery obstacles. Profitability is also limited, as sales turnover does not meet expectations, processing facilities are insufficient achieve target production. To address these issues, program provided training coaching on organization, marketing, quality, productivity improvement. Members were educated importance Supply Chain Value Chain. appropriate technology support introduced dehydrator an automatic vertical sealer enhance efficiency. As result, members demonstrated increased understanding, enthusiasm, capability using machines, threefold increase capacity. process became more efficient, hygienic, standardized, improving quality ensuring business sustainability.
