Women have faced more difficulties than men in all the past centuries. In last decade, although many steps been taken to ensure equality between and women, this gap has still not fully closed. 
 After announcement of World Health Organisation (WHO) about COVID-19 outbreak as a pandemic on March 11, 2020, countries around world introduced restrictive rules measures reduce spread infection. The sudden supply demand contractions that occurred during process directly affected economies health systems deeply. One biggest effects was especially lockdown periods domestic violence sexual abuse towards women increased.
 This article prepared under pandevita project with aim minimizing for similar situations future by showing negativities experienced from 5 quintuple helix collaboration model, through examples discussed focus group event. paper identifies brings solutions suggestions, finance labour market, decision-making processes, work, who were very adversely after first wave pandemic.
