ABSTRACT
Results of study biomorphological features Rumex scutatus L. plant in different periods ontogenesis are presented. In a large life cycle L., 4 stages (latent, virginal, generative and senile) were identified which characterized by the corresponding state shoots root systems. ontogeny is characterized typical fast passage early phases development (from seedling to individuals), intensive main that leads formation system "anchor-type" hipoheohennyh forming rhizomes, enrichment. Thereby vegetative regeneration, lengthens expectancy plants individuals. Analysis allowed make assumptions about causes declining nature, associated with growth restriction ecotypes this species (alpine scree). Keywords: ontomorphogenesis, age stages, shoot system,
