DRIVING FACTORS OF BUSINESS PERFORMANCE: HOW INNOVATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CREATIVITY AFFECT BAMBOO CRAFT ENTERPRISES IN BANYUWANGI

ABSTRACT
The bamboo craft industry in Banyuwangi Regency holds significant economic potential but faces persistent challenges, including limited innovation, lack of managerial experience, and low entrepreneurial creativity business strategies. This study addresses the urgent need to enhance competitiveness local artisans by empirically examining how influence success. Using a quantitative associative approach, data were collected via total sampling from entrepreneurs (N=XX) analyzed through multiple linear regression. results confirm that all three variables significantly impact success: innovation increases market relevance, experience improves adaptive management, strengthens product marketing contributes literature on creative industries validating framework for micro-enterprise development rural Indonesia. Its novelty lies integrating these factors within context crafts—a sector often overlooked studies—while offering actionable insights policymakers support programs foster sustainable growth.
