ABSTRACT
This paper uses the input-output panel data of China's animal husbandry industry from 1997 to 2017, based on total factor decomposition framework productivity (TFP), and Hicks-Moorsteen index completely decompose growth TFP. By measuring effect mixed efficiency development TFP in then evaluating input structure husbandry. The results show that impact has also changed negative positive. From 2007, Huanghuaihai region alone contributed husbandry, rest was opposite. 2008 Mengxin Plateau hindered while
