ABSTRACT
With the discovery of new genetic technology, researcher focuses on using DNA molecular markers to improve varieties worldwide. Such as resistance biotic and abiotic stresses enhancing quality quantity at different plant breeding fields. Conventional selection is based phenotype data selection, time-consuming, has a high chance linkage drag. Thus, marker method usage faster, easy, not expensive than conventional programs. This review focused applying such diversity analysis, genotype identification fingerprinting, gene tagging mapping, QTL marker-assisted selection. In another part this review, we MAS's achievements related improving agronomic traits, biotic/abiotic for three major cereal crops like Wheat, Rice, Maize.
