ABSTRACT
Purpose: To evaluate the reproducibility of anterior chamber angle measurements obtained by Zeiss Visante segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT).Methods: Twenty eyes from 20 normal subjects with open angles were studied. The was imaged using AS-OCT. angle-opening distance (AOD 500, AOD 750), trabercular iris space area (TISA TISA 750) and scleral spur (SS angle) at inferior location measured. All underwent imaging in a darkened room (1 foot candles measured eye). Images graded masked fashion certified Doheny Image Reading Center graders. For intra-grader assessments, images re-graded same grader 1 week later after random sorting images. inter-grader second independently reviewed Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) used to assess reproducibility. Results: Inferior (500, SS for calculated. intra-observer ICC calculations showed excellent all 500 = 0.95, 750 0.97, 0.93, 0.94, 0.96; p < 0.001 all). inter-observer lower 0.71, 0.001; 0.82, 0.49, 0.08; 0.61, 0.02; 0.75).Conclusion: Determination possible time-domain AS-OCT, but only modest found even among experienced
