Background. Recently, we have reported a new clinical disease concept called fungus-associated chronic cough (FACC), which entailed the following manifestations: (1) cough; (2) presence of environmental fungi, particularly basidiomycetous (BM) in sputum; and (3) good response to antifungal drugs. To clarify relationship between exposure fungi development attacks, reviewed records patients with FACC performed molecular biological analysis BM fungi. Methods.
