ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the interocular symmetry several biometric parameters between both eyes. right and left eye 397 subjects in 14 parameters, spherical equivalent refractive error (SE), Jackson crossed cylinder power astigmatism with axes at 90° 180° (RJ0) 45° 135° (RJ45), best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), average corneal curvature (CC), (CJ0 CJ45), asphericity coefficient (Q), intraocular pressure (IOP), central thickness (CCT), axial length (AL), anterior chamber depth (ACD), lens (LT) vitreous (VCD), assessed by comparative data analysis. Aside from RJ0 (p = 0.00), RJ45 0.02) Q overall differences other fellow eyes were not significant > 0.05). correlation Bland-Altman plots showed a good agreement parameters. Correlations SE that 0.03), CC AL 0.00) VCD statistically significant. There similar strong linear relationships vectors bilateral negative correlations CJ45 A potentially clinically important SE, BCVA, CC, CJ0, CJ45, IOP, CCT, AL, ACD, LT is found research, while RJ0, seem bit large. demonstrate moderate mirror exists among High may be helpful calculation, evaluation, post-operative refraction prediction time undergoing surgery.
