ABSTRACT
Regulatory IL-10-producing CD1d(high)CD5(+)CD19(+) B cells and CD4(+)CD25(+)Foxp3(+) T have been found to modulate immune responses in autoimmunity, infection, cancer, but the interaction between these two cell subsets remains unclear. Through culture flow cytometry (FACS), we analyzed of regulatory (Tregs) (Bregs). A neutralizing antibody was used determine role CD5 CD72 maintaining homeostasis. We that CD19(+)CD5(+)CD1d(hi) Bregs induced expansion CD4(+)Foxp3(+) Tregs, CD4(+)CD25(+) Tregs also IL-10-expressing Bregs. Once or blocked, both CD4(+)Foxp3(+)Tregs were reduced different cultures. Finally, FACS analysis demonstrated Foxp3(+)CD4(+)Treg CD19(Cre) mice defective on surface cells. The study suggests plays a critical
