ABSTRACT
<h3>Purpose:</h3> Many patients delayed health care during COVID-19. We assessed the extent to which managing multiple chronic conditions (MCC) in first months of pandemic, reasons for delay, and impact delay on patient-reported physical behavioral (BH) outcomes. <h3>Methods:</h3> As part a large clinical trial conducted April 2016–June, 2021, primary MCC were surveyed about symptoms functioning. Surveys administered between September 3, 2020, March 16, included questions any medical BH since Multivariable linear regression was used assess outcomes as function status. <h3>Results:</h3> Among who care, 58% more than once. those 63% Participants times tended be younger, female, unmarried, reported food, financial, housing insecurities worse health.
