ABSTRACT
Do faculty job advertisements in psychology support the goals of excellence teaching, and diversity, equity inclusion (DEI) both their statements essential information that they provide? We examined 596 from November 2021 Jobs Wiki a preregistered study. found universities posting academic jobs often included DEI Statement (78.0%) commonly stated prioritize teaching (49.7%). However, rarely pay (5.4%) or expected course load (28.7%). Using TOST test equivalence, we those who statement supporting were not more likely to provide about salary, other financial support, load, support. Those emphasized importance but resources. suggest this should be added advertisements.
