Introduction The various changes that have occurred in recent decades directly affected the health of workers, especially psychosocial risks cause physical or psychological illness. Psychosocial risk factors are important care process, including how work is organized, time arrangements determined, social relationships occur, and content workload structured, terms mental demands for each worker. Objective Verify influence organization on workers. Methodology A systematic review literature was performed using Methodi Ordinatio, which allowed ranking relevant works subject. Thirteen papers were selected an in-depth analysis. Results rate behavioral disorders higher, respectively, Brazilian states Rio Grande do Norte, Minas Gerais, Pernambuco, de Janeiro, Distrito Federal, Santa Catarina, Sul, Bahia, São Paulo Paraná; with public administration workers being most affected.
