ABSTRACT
Background: Assessment is an integral part of all forms learning. Formative assessment in different have evolved as a mean to find the learning gaps (what students already know compare what they need know). As result it becomes possible give appropriate feedback close this gap. Summative on other hand purposefully designed make judgments about students’ performance and produce grades.Aims Objectives: The main purpose study explore view with regards impact formative outcome summative basic science MD program.Materials Methods: A cross sectional descriptive was conducted involving 142 International medical school. questionnaire designed, pretested, finally used record opinions data collected, analyzed, interpreted.Results: Majority respondents (78%) favored that collected from remains important for them helps fill their gaps. Respondents by large (76.8%) also agreed faculty identify student’s weak point. huge percentage (80.8%) agreement inspires deep regular study.
