ABSTRACT
Background: Peripheral neuropathy is a common condition which can have significant impact on quality of life. It occurs as component several and rare diseases or be idiopathic present with various symptoms.Aims Objectives: This study aimed at evaluating the effectiveness safety fixed dose combination vitamin B1, B6 B12in mild to moderate peripheral etiologies in Indonesian population.Materials Methods: was prospective, open label, multi-center, single arm observational (Indonesian Clinical Trial Registry No: INA-KPA0DYA). A total 411 subjects etiologies, who met eligibility criteria, were included study. subject considered “completed” if procedures, up Visit 3 (one month treatment) accomplished. Procedural results 12-week clinical outcomes are reported.Results: Treatment B12 symptoms PN showed improvement overall Total Symptom Score (TSS), within 14 days. The treatment also successfully reduced individual components TSS from baseline 5. percentage reduction observed for all Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) parameters end 12 weeks, while Quality Life (QoL) scores increased treatment.Conclusions: effective welltolerated neuropathy, etiologies.Asian Journal Medical Sciences Vol.9(1) 2018 32-40
