ABSTRACT
Salmonella Typhi is a causative agent of enteric fever, which an ongoing public health problem in urban areas the Kathmandu valley Nepal. It estimated that approximately 5 % people endemic fever area may asymptomatically carry gall bladder. Here we describe rare clinical manifestation chronic carriage. A 40 year old male resident underwent emergency cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis and bladder perforation.
