Aims: To estimate the VIA positivity rate and to see efficacy of treatment with cryotherapy during follow up.Methods: A retrospective analysis all test from March 2012 April 2015 were analyzed screened population. Guideline for screening, up was as per national guideline cervical cancer screening 2010 Nepal.Results: total 12,444 clients screened, 5.9%, repeat at end one year 1.2%, more than 98% had been first time complication following low.Conclusions: The our population is comparable global magnitude. Screening a feasible acceptable form in setup. recommendation would be scaling facility grass root level that linked appropriate referral system.
