Identifying special EST-SSR regions of Panax vietnamensisHa & Grushv based on Next-generation sequencing

Panax vietnamensis var. Ha & Grushv is an endemic species with a narrow distribution. Because of having many benefits and high prices, there increase in faked Ngoc Linh ginseng. Most the ginseng samples are other or subspecies distributed Vietnam. Thus, it very important to authenticate samples. In this study, author sequenced transcriptomes genome based on Next-generation sequencing method using Illumina HiSeqTM 4000 system detect special SSR regions A total 23,741,783 raw reads were obtained assembled volume 7.08 Gb. From these reads, 262,999 unigenes average length 133 Mb generated 101 typical successfully identified.
