Analyzing the Effects of Learning Competency Enhancement Programs for Diverse Student Groups in Higher Education : Focusing on Academic Probation Students, Low-Achieving Students, and Academic Transition Students

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effects of learning competency enhancement programs for diverse university student groups and provide practical implications planning operation support in settings. Data were collected from 194 participants, including students on academic probation, low-achieving students, transition students. Paired t-tests Wilcoxon signed-rank tests used changes before after program participation. The main findings are as follows: First, probation showed an improvement GPA participating development workshop, satisfaction was high with average score 5.87(7-point scale). Second, achievement mentoring program, demonstrated significant improvements self-directed attitude, satisfaction(mentees) considerably high, 6.43. Third, who participated adaptation very 6.73. empirically demonstrates that have positive effects. It is expected contribute policies within universities.
