ABSTRACT
In this paper, we report a MEMS preconcentrator (PC) -gas chromatograph (GC) that is crucial part of the Spacecraft Atmosphere Monitor (S.A.M.).The S.A.M. highly miniature gas -mass spectrometer (GC-MS) for monitoring atmosphere crewed spacecraft both trace organic compounds and major constituents cabin air.The instrument next generation GC-MS, based on JPL's Vehicle Cabin Air (VCAM), which was launched to International Space Station (ISS) in April 2010 successfully operated two years [1,2].The employs unique PC-GC technology replaces macro unit VCAM.We herein current progress instrument.
