ABSTRACT
the study aimed to investigate relationship between red blood cell membrane disorders and Doppler ultrasound indices of renal flow in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stages1-2.
Methods. The complex clinical, laboratory instrumental (color duplex scanning parenchyma vessels) examination was conducted 131 CKD stage 1-2 patients. Among them, there were 47 pyelonephritis, 48 diabetic nephropathy, 36 primary glomerulonephritis. Each patients’ group divided into 2 subgroups: without arterial hypertension. Twenty healthy volunteers also included for control.
Results. A significant correlation erythrocytes morphology basic ultrasonography parameters vessels circulation, namely a.interlobaris demonstrated most changes observed patients.
Conclusion. results our indicated a high informative value as non-invasive technique diagnose progression comorbid hypertension
