ABSTRACT
Background Recent advances in ChIP-seq technologies have led to the identification of thousands TP53 binding loci various cell types, providing unmatched opportunities for analysis and comparison genome-wide patterns under different experimental conditions. These datasets provide valuable resources studying function TP53. However, there are currently no databases available easily comparing analyzing derived from lines. Moreover, scattered among papers, so extensive work is required collect process them further analysis. Description To solve these problems, we comprehensively collected 13 publicly We re-mapped most updated reference human genome hg38 identified peaks (regions with significant enrichment binding) target genes using same data processing pipeline. Note that pipeline very crucial because it makes possible. Finally, developed a web-based platform (called p53BLD), which provides browse mode visualize search retrieve whose promoters bound by The powerful. Users can apply union, intersect, and/or difference operations on generate list satisfies users’ specifications. generated gene then be downloaded Therefore, p53BLD also regarded as discovery tool helps users interesting lists Conclusions Here presented first p53 Binding Loci Database (p53BLD). In case study, showed identify novel targets (KAT6A KMT2A) specific cancer believe useful resource P53BLD online at link1/, link2/, or link3/
