ABSTRACT
Polyelectrolytic multilayers as drug delivery systemThis article is devoted to preparation of polyelectrolytic microcapsules two antitubercular drugs (ATDs) the new system (DDS).Co-encapsulation oral pyrazinamide and moxifloxcin by carried out for first time.At ionotropic gelation method co-encapsulation a polymeric matrix out.As biopolymers gellan sodium alginate were used. The efficiency was determined using UV-spectroscopy it specified in State pharmacopeia Republic Kazakhstan. Then fiber adsorption (LbL-technique -Layer layer deposition) on sequentially coated cationic polyelectrolyte chitosan an anionic eudragit S100.The charge each zeta-potential measurement.Microcapsules about 3, 5 10 bilayers polyelectrolytes are prepared. The structure studied scanning submicroscopy. In vitro release studies at values рН, modeling various sites digestive tract. As result research shown that possess prolonged action. With increase number extent prolongation increases. It enough achieve 24th hour drugs.
