Abstract: The development of scenic spots is closely related to their location conditions, and in advantageous locations are more likely gain priority rapid development. Taking the "Silk Road Tourism Belt" as an example, considering four major factors resources, market, transportation service, it regarded evidence, DS evidence theory introduced measure advantage spot, characterizing from superiority inferiority with I-V level.
