ABSTRACT
This study investigated the effects of dietary supplementation combined black cumin (BC) and grape seed (GS) powder at different rates (0%, 1%, 2%, 4%, respectively) on growth performance hepatopancreas histology third instar Turkish narrow-clawed crayfish (Pontastacus leptodactylus). A total 180 with an initial mean weight (0.06 g ±0.01 g) length (11.0 mm ±0.01) were randomly assigned to four treatment groups three replications in each group a density 15 per replicate. Crayfish fed experimental diet rate 10% body for 84 days. Growth parameters improved significantly BC GS (P<0.05), while survival did not differ among all (P>0.05). Weight gain, specific feed conversion 1% tended be better than other groups, significant differences (P<0.05). The number volume B cells increased increase amount (BC GS) added (1, 2, 4%) hepatopancreas. In addition, it was determined that R cells, which absorb nutrients, are dense tissue compared groups. results showed could benefit third-instar crayfish's histological data. Therefore, combining BS can recommended as promising new additive culture.
