ABSTRACT
Objective: The present research aims to report cytotoxic and antimigratory activities of the oxidized form brazilin, i.e., brazilein, effects combination brazilein-doxorubicin on MCF-7/HER2 cells. Methods: MTT assay was conducted test activity, while flow cytometry with PI PI-annexin V staining were respectively performed for cell cycle apoptosis analyses. Migration invasion analyses assessed via Boyden chamber assay, HER2, Rac1, p120, MMP2, MMP9 protein levels determined by immunoblotting gelatin zymography. Molecular docking ligands Src, PI3Kα, PI3KΔ, PI3Kγ proteins evaluated using MOE 2010. Results: showed that IC50 value brazilein against cells 51 ± 2.1 µM. Moreover, its doxorubicin-induced G2/M accumulation apoptosis. Combination inhibited migration tended decrease expression levels. Based our molecular study, score is comparable native ligand. Conclusion: Taken together, a exhibited synergistic
