Our study aimed to evaluate the association between C. infection Lung Cancer disease Moroccans patients control cohorts, through molecular investigation. Methods: The comprised 42 43 healthy controls. All participants provided demographics, Clinical, Toxic behaviors datas, peripheral blood sample for testing, Nested Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) was performed Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) detection. Statistical analysis using IBM®SPSS®software. Results: Positive PCR results cases controls were respectively 33.3% 4.7%, there by significant difference identified (p <0.05). Data also showed that tobacco could act synergically as risk factor of cancer. In fact shown alcohol use < 0.05).
