ABSTRACT
Honey is popular all over the world and used commonly in medicines food. This study was designed to compare natural commercial honey for their antioxidant enzymes. In this study, 11 different samples were collected from areas of Balochistan. The activity antioxidants like superoxide dismutase, peroxidase catalase enzymes measured compared by standard curves pure moreover, protein content also determined using Bradford Assay. Results showed that highest found one (4.42 ± 0.02 U/mg) dismutase (4.93 0.06 secondly (0.34 third (0.22 0.01 samples. current demonstrated higher concentration which means they are good source antioxidants. Therefore, can be as markers determining purity quality honey.
