The effects of climate change are already being felt in several parts the World. Variability changing rainfall intensity, drought and weather patterns contribute to determining vulnerability many human activities such as agriculture. In next future, considerations will depend on having appropriate strategies strengthen implementation agencies working a coordinated manner with data-driven approach order ensure monitoring, reporting data verification. this context, national regional meteorological Services facing high demand for timely quality information, services products. A web-based interactive application aim disseminating meteo-hydrological information at scale is described paper. web built relational database client-side programming has been used implementing user interface controlling page behavior. combination PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor, general-purpose scripting language, especially suited server-side development) JavaScript (high-level object-oriented nowadays dominant language Web) chosen reason, since software free use everyone. SOL system, developed behalf Marche region, Italy, was case study, due its multi-source framework because processing public dissemination ad-hoc elaborations.
