ABSTRACT
Recent history of international relations suggests that economic interdependence largely contributes to the mitigation major political conflicts in world. CPEC, a flagship mega development project Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), has not only initiated massive projects Pakistan, which will eventually help socio-economic Pakistan but it also ensure regional integration. Development through CPEC is desirably focused on people centric growth model primarily seeks resolve issues human security. This paper establish relationship between integration with Furthermore, this study looks into role Gilgit-Baltistan, geographical lynchpin region, making successful developmental project. Findings suggest viability success highly dependent inclusiveness terms engaging all stakeholders. The fruits are expected be positive. possible if different dimensions national security, i.e. social cohesion, development, stability ensured by state.
