ABSTRACT
Phosphaturic mesenchymal tumors (PMTs) are neoplasms associated with tumor-induced osteomalacia. Patients typically present pathologic fractures in the setting of chronic hypophosphatemic hyperphosphaturic osteomalacia, as well gradual muscle weakness, bone pain, and difficulty walking.
