General Relativity Theory (GRT) cannot be applied to the extremely strong gravitational field at Planck's scale, because of related singularity.Here we show that Relativistic Alpha Field (RAF) theory extends application GRT fields scale.This is consequence following predictions RAF theory: a) no a singularity Schwarzschild radius, b) there exists minimal radius r = (GM/2c 2 ) prevents 0, i.e. nature protects itself, c) force becomes positive (repulsive) if (GM/rc > 1, could source dark energy, and d) unification electrical forces can done in standard four dimensions (4D).Predictions are presented second part this theory, while considered third theory.In (first) present solution parameters theory.This based on assumption should connect geometry line element with potential energy particle an alpha field.The key point theory.If correct, then it both weak Universe scales giving new light regions like black holes, quantum high physics, Big Bang cosmology.
