Comparative perspectives on work-family relation and gender roles in romanian context

The aim of the present study targeted to explore specific perceptions Romanian respondents, based on gender approach, focusing different facets work-family relation. methodology comprised a survey procedure three major dimensions - conflict, work- family facilitation and role stress, collecting data from 160 participants, evenly distributed criterion. Data showed tendencies concerning individuals, category, conflict theme, stress view ideology. In conclusion, results explored new stances present-day social functioning resource allocation towards work or sector, depending gender.
