ABSTRACT
Our study aimed to explore the effects of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA)-ANCR on invasion and migration colorectal cancer (CRC) cells by regulating enhancer zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) expression. CRC tissues adjacent normal were collected SW620 line human int estinal epithelial (HIECs) incubated. was transfected with ANCR-siRNA. The expressions ANCR EZH2 mRNA measured real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). trimethylation H3K27 (H3K27me3) protein detected using Western blotting. relationship between determined through pull-down co-immunoprecipitation (co-IP) assays. Cell Trans-well cell scratch ANCR, H3K27me3 up-regulated in (all P < 0.05). After ANCR-siRNA, showed decreased expression According results co-IP assays, could specifically bind EZH2. tests that when decreased, abilities significantly declined (both In conclusion, these suggest lncRNA-ANCR influence binding
